There is no single time of day that is clearly the best to use a treadmill since this is determined by one’s daily program and the particular goals they are pursuing fitness wise for example weight loss, muscle gain or maintenance. Some may enjoy morning workouts to energize their day while others find afternoon workouts as a good break. Evening workouts are suitable for unwinding after a stressful day where stress was an issue.
